UX/UI/Interaction Audit + Notes from Readings
Mobile web experience.
- These screenshots are from the mobile web experience for the site, Thinx Inc. I immediately noticed that the code was being displayed on the website, which I assume was not an intention. I noticed that this was an issue when it prevented the user from selecting a number because the code was blocking the box.
- By showing the code, it wasn’t immediately an issue, but when it prevented the user from purchasing, it became a larger issue.
- Especially since Thinx advertises on the subway in NYC, it pushes the user to consider pushing on mobile so it is important to keep the site in working order.
